Coconut Millet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked millet

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 cups nut milk

Preparation

  1. Put everything in an instant pot and set to manual for 17 minutes, or in a regular pot on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes.

  2. Add crushed pineapple, slivered almonds and sliced bananas.
