Simple Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  •  mixed with 1/2 cup water

  • 3 Tbs vegetarian seasoning

  • 2 Tbs light soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos

Preparation

  1. Place water, milk & seasoning in sauce pan.

  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat

  3. While stirring, slowly add the cornstarch mixture.

  4. Cook until thick and smooth.
