2 cups water
2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk
1/2 cup cornstarch
mixed with 1/2 cup water
3 Tbs vegetarian seasoning
2 Tbs light soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
Place water, milk & seasoning in sauce pan.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat
While stirring, slowly add the cornstarch mixture.
Cook until thick and smooth.
